No physical item is shipped during the pre-fund stage. Upon pledging you will receive a digital collectible delivered as a code or download link to your account.

Pre-fund campaigns typically run for 14-30 days. If the campaign reaches its goal it converts to a pre-order and you will be charged the remaining balance plus shipping at that time.

Returns & Refunds
Your deposit is non-refundable. In exchange you receive an exclusive digital collectible. If the campaign does not reach its goal no further charges are made and you keep your digital collectible.

PRE-ORDER

Shipping
Pre-orders converted from a pre-fund campaign usuall run for an additional 30 days before closing. Standard pre-orders close on their stated date. Once the campaign closes the product enters manufacturing which typically takes 1-4 months.

Orders are dispatched once manufacturing is complete. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Some areas may take 10-30 business days.

For pre-orders with a confirmed ship date, check your order confirmation email.
