Every pre-funded product on Trinktz exists because enough people wanted it. Pre-funding is how rare and retro collectibles from independent brands get made — no compromise, no filler, only what the community actually wants (and votes for with their wallet).

The Pre-Fund Pledge

Pre-funding is how we take a product from idea to reality. You pre-fund pledge contributes to our minimum quantity production goal, acts like a deposit, and unlocks an exclusive digital collectible unique to the campaign. It’s yours to keep, even if the campaign doesn’t reach the target.

  • Campaign succeeds – you pay the balance and get the physical product
  • Campaigns fails – you keep the exclusive digital collectible, nothing more is charged

The pre-fund pledge is also the completed purchase of an exclusive digital collectible, and therefore it's non-refundable. This is how we confirm genuine intent and keep campaigns credible.

How A Campaign Unfolds

PRE-FUND PHASE

Back The Campaign

A pre-fund campaign goes live to confirm we have enough interest to make it viable. You pledge to back it, complete your purchase, and receive your exclusive digital collectible immediately. A progress bar shows how the campaign is tracking in real time. If the goal isn't reached, nothing further happens. No charge, no product, but you keep your exclusive digital item.

PRE-ORDER PHASE

Did We Make It?

When the pre-fund campaign closes, if the goal is reached it converts to a pre-order. You will receive an email with a payment link to pay the product balance at your pre-fund-exclusive price — full price less your pre-fund amount. You have until the pre-order campaign closes to complete this payment. No money is taken automatically. If you didn’t pre-fund you may still place a pre-order, but you will not receive the exclusive digital collectible. Pre-order campaigns are strictly limited.

PRODUCTION

We Make Exactly What’s Needed

With the pre-fund and pre-order campaign complete, we know the exact order count, so we manufacture the many, no overruns, no warehouse full of stock. Production begins on these truly limited run collectibles. This process may take 1 – 4 months depending on the item as everything is made to order.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

It Ships To Your Door

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched worldwide and you'll receive tracking details by email. Shipping can take 5 – 30 days depending on your location.

No. The pre-fund is a completed purchase of an exclusive digital collectible, which you receive regardless. If the campaign doesn’t reach its target, no further charge is made, and you keep your digital item. The pledge itself is non-refundable as a matter of course. An exclusive digital item created specifically for each campaign. It’s delivered as a licence key or download to your account (or both) and via email. It’s yours regardless of whether the campaign succeeds or fails.

No. When a pre-fund campaign reaches its target, you will receive an email with a payment link to complete your balance payment at a pledger-exclusive price. You have until the end of the pre-order campaign to pay this balance. No payment is taken without your action.

No. Pre-fund pledges cannot be cancelled while a campaign is active. The pre-fund is a completed purchase, not a reversible reservation.

If you don’t complete your balance payment before the pre-order campaign closes, you will lose access to the pledger-exclusive price and will not receive the physical product. Your exclusive digital collectible is unaffected.

Email support@trinktz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
