We ship worldwide from Australia unless otherwise specified on each product. This page covers shipping timelines and costs for each product type, what to expect for pre-fund campaigns, and how our returns and refunds process works.
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking email once dispatched. Pre-order items ship on or around the date shown on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight and dimensions. You will see the exact cost before confirming your order.
Express shipping is available for Australian domestic orders and select international destinations. Options are shown at checkout where available.
Pre-fund products are made-to-order. After a pre-fund completes, the related pre-order campaign closes, and enough backers complete their balance payments, we commission manufacturing. Estimated timeline from pre-order campaign close to ready to ship is approximately 1 – 4 months, but more accurate estimations will be listed on each individual product page. We will email you at pre-order campaign close, when your order ships, and when delivered.
Shipping for your pre-fund product is charged only when you complete your balance for the final product purchase prices, calculated at that time based on your delivery address.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. They vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges. We cannot advise on exact amounts. We cannot mark items as gifts or understate their value on customs declarations.
Shipping rates for international orders, including the United States, may be adjusted from time to time in response to changes in international trade policy or import tariff conditions. Any such adjustment applies to new orders only and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email when dispatched. International tracking updates may pause for several days at customs — this is normal. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days after the last scan, or you have passed your delivery window, contact support@trinktz.com.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@trinktz.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed lost shipments.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Our products are officially licensed, limited-edition collectibles produced in exact quantities. All sales are final except where an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email support@trinktz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued for faulty or incorrect items, items that do not arrive after reasonable investigation, and cancellations accepted within 24 hours (before dispatch). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
The pledge deposit you pay at pre-fund is a completed purchase of a digital collectible. It is non-refundable as a matter of course. It is also your commitment to pay the remaining balance for the full price of the final item if the pre-fund campaign reaches the campaign goal. If a refund is issued for any reason, and a request is received within 14 days from pre-fund campaign failure notification, a cash refund will be issued less the payment processing fee (approximately $0.90 AUD, but subject to change).
Once your campaign balance payment has been charged and the product is in production, cancellations are not available. If there is a manufacturing defect or we are unable to fulfil the product, we will issue a full refund.
Digital items including game keys, licence keys, and digital collectibles are non-refundable once issued. If a key is faulty or non-functional at the time of delivery, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you have the right to choose a replacement, repair, or full refund. These consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited.
