About Trinktz
What is Trinktz?
Trinktz is a licensed merchandise and collectibles platform for independent IP holders — game developers, musicians, comic artists, and other creators. Every product is officially licensed and for pre-funded items, usually exclusive to trinktz.com.
Where is Trinktz based?
Trinktz is based in Australia and ships worldwide.
Who makes the products?
All products are manufactured through vetted production partners under formal licensing agreements with the IP holder. Quality specifications are agreed before any campaign goes public.
Products and Orders
What is the difference between in-stock, pre-order, and pre-fund?
- In-stock: ready now, dispatched within 3-5 business days
- Pre-order (Regular): production confirmed, ships on the listed date
- Pre-fund (then Pre-order): a crowdfunded product manufactured only if enough people pre-fund first, then the item moves into a pre-order window to gather the total production qty, and finally it begins its production
Can I cancel or change my order?
In-stock and pre-order: contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After dispatch we cannot cancel. Pre-fund pledges cannot be cancelled during an active campaign.
Why do you not accept change-of-mind returns?
Our products are officially licensed, limited-edition collectibles produced in exact quantities. There is no surplus stock, and product runs cannot be reopened. All sales are final except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Email support@trinktz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Prefund Campaigns
How does a pre-fund campaign work?
You pay your pre-fund to back a campaign and commit to the campaign goal. The pre-fund is processed as a completed purchase as you will also receive an exclusive digital collectible. If the campaign reaches its target goal within the time, you receive an email with a link to pay the balance of the physical product at a pledger-exclusive price (full price less your pre-fund amount). If it does not reach its target, this additional charge is not made but you still keep your exclusive digital collectible.
Why do I only pay a small pre-fund amount first?
The pre-fund payment confirms your intent to purchase the product at the full price and lets us measure demand before committing to manufacturing. It is effectively a deposit but processed as a complete transaction as you do receive an exclusive digital item. Your balance payment is a separate, independent transaction you choose to complete if the campaign succeeds, but without your full payment the item cannot be produced (reneging effects all who have pre-funded).
What happens if a pre-fund campaign does not reach its target?
The campaign closes, no physical product is manufactured, and no further charge is made. You keep your exclusive digital collectible for the pre-fund payment.
Can I cancel my pre-fund during a campaign?
No. Pre-fund pledges cannot be cancelled while a campaign is active. The pre-fund is a completed purchase, not a reversible deposit, and you will receive your exclusive digital collectible.
When will my pre-fund product ship?
After the pre-fund campaign closes, providing the campaign goal is reached, and then the corresponding pre-order campaign has ended, we commission manufacturing. Production is typically 1 – 4 months.
Why does it take so long?
These are made-to-order products. Each run is commissioned specifically for the orders placed. That is what makes them limited-edition collectibles.
Payments and Pricing
What currencies do you accept?
Prices are displayed in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, NZD, and JPY. Use the currency selector in the header. Fixed prices are set for key markets — exchange rate fluctuations do not affect your displayed price.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (AUD only).
Is it safe to pay on Trinktz?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store card details on our servers.
What is the Trinktz store wallet?
A credit balance on your account, this is used when we need to provide some form of credit. You can apply it at the checkout to reduce the total order cost. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, and has no expiry.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does standard shipping take?
- Australia: 3-10 business days
- United States and United Kingdom: 8-25 business days
- Rest of world: 10-30 business days
Estimates only. Customs clearance and local delays are outside our control.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Possibly. These are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
International tracking can pause for 2-5 business days at customs without issue. If it has not updated for more than 7 business days or you have passed your delivery window, contact support@trinktz.com with your order number.
Digital Products
Where do I find my digital collectibles and game keys?
Log in to trinktz.com and go to My Account > Licence Keys. Items are delivered after payment confirmation and download links may also be included via email.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
No — digital items are non-refundable once issued. If a key is faulty at delivery, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you will need to create an account. An account lets you track orders, access digital items, and use store wallet credit, as well as remembering your shipping details.
How do I reset my password?
Go to trinktz.com/my-account and click ‘Lost your password?’ A reset link will arrive by email.
